Welcome to Jake Wiener's website. 

Jake Wiener has been a faculty member at the Friends Fine & Performing Community Arts School since 2000 and is currently an adjunct faculty member at Burlington County College. In the summer of 1995, he attended the Leigh Howard Stevens Summer Marimba Seminar and in 1996, was a winner in the Yamaha Young Performing Artists Competition. As a graduate of Rowan University (B.M. ’97) and the Eastman School of Music (M.M. ’99), His teachers include Dean Witten, Robert Brosh, Denis DiBlasio, John Beck and Don Liuzzi. In addition, Jake has performed in various orchestras, dance bands, & jazz ensembles such as The Lancaster Symphony, The Brandywine Singers, The Philadelphia Chamber Chorus, The New York Metropolitan Opera Guild, Evening Sun, Marquee and The Denis DiBlasio Quartet. He is currently the full-time drummer for “The Chatter Band”, one of the Delaware Valley’s most popular dance bands.
